I made the best summer fruit salad today. It was so refreshing and enough protein that I didn’t need that candy bar in the afternoon.
I used one peach
½ cup strawberries.
One small banana and ½ cup pineapple.
I strizzled on some lowfat vanilla yogurt, I don’t know, not quite ¼ cup (50 calories)
Then I took almonds, pecans and peanuts…
…and chopped them up and sprinkled them on top. Probably around 1/8 cup, just to give it some crunch and protein.
Some Italian sparkling water with a wedge of lemon.
A beautiful, colorful, delicious fruit salad.
Quick and easy and refreshing and only 315 calories. Bon Appetit!
